EastCord Tires Mobile Service Agreement

Effective Date: July 24, 2026

Business Name: EastCord Tires

Website: eastcordtires.ca

Email: info@eastcordtires.ca

Phone: 365-822-5553

By booking a mobile tire service appointment and continuing to checkout, the customer confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to the following terms before service is scheduled.

1. Appointment & Deposit

A deposit is required to reserve an appointment time with EastCord Tires.

The deposit is applied toward the total service amount. Any remaining balance must be paid as required by EastCord Tires.

An appointment request is subject to final availability, service location, technician availability, weather conditions, safety conditions, and service suitability.

EastCord Tires reserves the right to refuse, cancel, delay, or reschedule any appointment if the service cannot be completed safely, properly, or reasonably.

2. Mobile Service Location Requirements

The customer is responsible for providing a safe, legal, and suitable location for mobile tire service.

The vehicle must be parked on a flat, stable, and safe surface with enough space for the technician to work.

EastCord Tires may refuse or reschedule service if the vehicle is parked:

  • On a steep slope
  • On soft or unstable ground
  • In an unsafe traffic area
  • In a restricted or illegal parking area
  • In a location without enough working space
  • In any area the technician considers unsafe or unsuitable

EastCord Tires is not responsible for delays, cancellations, or incomplete service caused by an unsafe or unsuitable service location.

3. Customer Responsibility Before Service

The customer must make sure that:

  • The vehicle is available at the scheduled appointment time
  • The correct vehicle information is provided
  • The correct service is selected
  • Tires and wheels are accessible
  • The wheel lock key is available, if required
  • The vehicle is parked safely
  • Someone is available to provide access if required

EastCord Tires is not responsible for delays, extra charges, or incomplete service caused by incorrect information, missing wheel lock keys, inaccessible tires or wheels, unsafe parking, or customer unavailability.

4. One-Hour Service Time

Each vehicle appointment is scheduled for approximately one hour.

The customer understands that each vehicle requires its own separate appointment time slot.

If the customer is booking service for more than one vehicle, each vehicle must be added separately and assigned a separate available time slot.

EastCord Tires may adjust, reschedule, or refuse bookings that do not allow enough time to complete the service safely and properly.

5. Wheel Re-Torque Requirement

The customer understands and agrees that wheel nuts/bolts must be re-torqued after approximately 100 km of driving following tire service.

This re-torque is an important safety requirement.

It is the customer's responsibility to arrange and complete the re-torque after service.

Failure to complete a re-torque may result in wheel loosening, vibration, vehicle damage, accident, injury, or loss.

EastCord Tires is not responsible for any damage, loss, injury, accident, wheel loosening, or related issue caused by the customer's failure to complete the required 100 km re-torque.

6. Tire, Wheel & Vehicle Condition

EastCord Tires performs service based on the visible condition of the tires, wheels, and vehicle at the time of service.

EastCord Tires is not responsible for:

  • Pre-existing damage
  • Hidden defects
  • Worn or damaged vehicle parts
  • Seized or damaged hardware
  • Damaged studs
  • Damaged lug nuts or bolts
  • Cracked, bent, or damaged rims
  • Tire defects
  • TPMS issues
  • Corrosion
  • Alignment issues
  • Suspension issues
  • Any condition that existed before service

If EastCord Tires discovers an unsafe tire, rim, wheel, or vehicle condition, the technician may refuse to install or service the item.

7. Used Tire Warranty Policy Reminder

If the customer purchases used tires from EastCord Tires, the purchase is subject to EastCord Tires' Used Tire Warranty Policy.

The customer understands that used tires are pre-owned products and may show normal signs of use.

Used tire warranty coverage is limited to the terms stated in the official EastCord Tires Used Tire Warranty Policy.

Warranty requests may require the original receipt, inspection by EastCord Tires, and approval based on the condition of the tire.

EastCord Tires may refuse warranty coverage if the issue is caused by:

  • Misuse
  • Road hazard
  • Puncture
  • Impact damage
  • Accident
  • Improper inflation
  • Improper installation by another party
  • Alignment issues
  • Suspension issues
  • Vandalism
  • Customer negligence
  • Any condition outside EastCord Tires' warranty terms

The customer is responsible for reading and understanding the Used Tire Warranty Policy before completing checkout.

8. No Guarantee Based on Incorrect Information

The customer is responsible for providing accurate vehicle, tire, wheel, location, and service information.

EastCord Tires is not responsible for issues caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

If the selected service, tire, rim, or vehicle information is incorrect or unsuitable, EastCord Tires may refuse, adjust, cancel, or reschedule the appointment.

Additional charges may apply if extra work is required.

9. Weather, Safety & Delays

Mobile tire service may be affected by weather, road conditions, technician availability, traffic, safety concerns, equipment issues, or other circumstances beyond EastCord Tires' control.

EastCord Tires reserves the right to delay, reschedule, or cancel service for safety or operational reasons.

EastCord Tires is not responsible for loss, inconvenience, missed appointments, vehicle downtime, or other damages caused by delay, rescheduling, or cancellation.

10. Payment & Remaining Balance

The deposit paid online is applied toward the total service amount.

Any remaining balance must be paid as required by EastCord Tires.

EastCord Tires may refuse to begin, complete, or release service if payment is not completed.

Prices, deposits, and remaining balances may be adjusted if incorrect information was provided, the wrong service was selected, or extra work is required.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted, EastCord Tires is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Loss of use
  • Lost income
  • Towing costs
  • Missed appointments
  • Vehicle downtime
  • Travel costs
  • Business interruption
  • Any related or unexpected losses

EastCord Tires' responsibility is limited to the service paid for by the customer, subject to inspection, review, and approval by EastCord Tires.

12. Customer Acknowledgement

By booking service and continuing to checkout, the customer confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted this Mobile Service Agreement.

The customer agrees that EastCord Tires may rely on this agreement when accepting the booking, performing service, collecting payment, handling warranty requests, or reviewing any service-related concern.
